Professional Luncheon Presentation

I researched and developed an hour-long presentation on the Internally Regulated Eating Style as continuing education credits for registered dietitians. This presentation was available to all OSF employees, as well as virtually available for dietitians across the state of Illinois.


TV Segments on WMBD Good Day Central Illinois

I appeared on two 5-minute "In the Kitchen" segments on a local news channel in the Peoria area.

I created and demonstrated a heart-healthy pasta salad recipe.​

I discussed four unique ways to cook sweet potatoes and how to incorporate them into meals.
